With the rapidly changing conditions regarding the Coronavirus, we are continuously monitoring and responding to how we protect our staff and you our members. Here is the latest information we would like to share with you regarding your credit union and the evolving situation.


Starting 9/8/20 and until further notice we will be open from 10am – 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Closed Wednesdays.

Members are required to wear face masks and maintain social distancing when in line. We will still be requiring appointment ONLY to open new accounts.


MOBILE AND ONLINE BANKING IS AVAILABLE 24/7 FOR MOST TRANSACTIONS

Most of our members use mobile and online banking services, including BillPay where you can check balances, transfer funds to and from other credit unions and banks, pay loans and credit cards, make bill payments all from the comfort of home. To register for online banking go to our website and enroll now. Download our mobile app: Apple App Store or Google Play. If you have questions about setting up online or mobile banking, one of our Member Service Call Representatives can help walk you through this process by calling 978-374-7386 or email us at services@htmcreditunion.com.

Remote Deposit Capture

Depositing a check doesn’t have to be on your to-do list anymore! You can deposit checks straight from your smartphone. Simply log in to our HTM mobile app and tap the button for mobile deposit. Then, take a picture of your check, front and back, and answer a few quick questions. That’s it! It’s easy, fast, and best of all—FREE!
